Struggling with my Weight

All my life I have been struggling with my weight. As far as I can remember I have always been on the heavy side. As a child I was made fun of and it really hurt my self confidence. From a very small age I tried loosing the weight. I remember that when I was 10 years old I tried eating nothing but veggies to help me become skinny and look pretty like all the other girls but I never seemed to stick to a plan. Mostly because I was a kid and like any other kid, we don't like eating out vegetables. My parents weren't much of help either. Everything that they made wasn't really healthy and when we would it out, it would be to fast food restaurants.

As I went into my teenage years, the struggle was still there. It became even harder because once you go into middle and high school everyone seems to judge you. I never had a boyfriend because I always tried to hide my body with large baggy clothes, and since I didn't see myself as a pretty girl I never wore make up or tried to do my hair.

After I turned 18 I really started working out and trying to eat healthy. It worked for a bit, but then I stopped. I always felt that I never had time to do anything since school and work took most of my time. When I turned 19 I meet my current boyfriend. I felt loved and accepted for the first time in my life. After a year that we started going out, I thought that it didn't matter if I lost the weight or not.

What made me changed my mind? I few month ago I weight myself and I couldn't believe what the weight said. In March 2014 I was at 199 lbs. That's the heaviest I had ever been in my entire life. I knew that I had to do something to change that. Every day I would go out for walks, I stopped eating junk food, and whenever I had time I would do 15-30 mins of cardio.

This is my current weight and measurement now.

It won't stop there. Starting Monday September 22nd, I will start doing the Fit Girls Guide 28 Day Challenge. If you want to know how you can get a copy of this e-book you can email me at notyouraveragechica@gmail.com
